What will be the cost to join World Elite Realty?

You will need to pay $150 annual membership fee if you are joining the Transaction-Based Plan, or $150 monthly fee for the Unlimited Plan.

Are there any hidden fees?

At World Elite Realty, we promise low prices and no hidden fees.

What are the E&O insurance chareges?

E&O insurance is included. You don't need to pay extra.

Can I join World Elite Realty if I am only doing real estate part-time?

Yes. We welcome both full-time and part-time agents and we do not have any sales quotas.

What are the requirements for joining World Elite Realty?

You need a valid salesperson license and will be a member of the REALTOR® association.
You also must be in good standing with TREC and have no claims filed against you.

How do I get paid at closing?

You will submit your documents to us and a CDA (Commission Disbursement Authorization) form will be sent to title and you’ll get paid at closing.
You will receive a 1099 by January the 31st each year for all the commissions paid to you.

When is the annual membership fee due? (Transaction-Based Plan)

Annual membership fee is due on January the 31st each year and will be automatically charged to your credit/debit card on file.

When is the monthly fee due? (Unlimited Monthly Plan)

$150 monthly fee is due on the 1st of the month.

If I am joining near the end of the year, how much would you charge on the annual membership? (Transaction-Based Plan)

For agents join World Elite Realty between September 1st and December 31st, two options are available:


1) Pay $150 annual membership fee for current calendar year.


2) Pay $200 and it includes current year and next year membership fees.

If I decide to leave World Elite Realty what happens to my listings?

World Elite Realty doesn't retain your listings, you can take the listings to your new Broker.

Can I do property management?

No, our current E&O Insurance Policy doesn't cover Property Management Services.

How long does it take to sign up?

Signing up is quick and simple and is done online, it usually takes less than 30 minutes. Once that is complete you’ll need to change your sponsorship with TREC and join the Local Board of REALTORS®.
